Punjena Paprika
This is something I can cook ANYTIME for Corne. He is always ready to taste this stunning dish. It takes
a little bit of practise to get it right ... Mama Iva is THE QUEEN of Punjena Paprika
Ingredients
Red, Green, Yellow Peppers, Mince Meat, Rice, Onion, Salt, Flour, Tomato Pure (Mama puts in about
two table spoons - I usually mess up here 'cause I eat half along the way and then put in a little
extra just because I personally could eat tomato paste until death do us part), Vegeta, Red Paprika, Oil
Mix Mince Meat and Rice and chopped Onion in a bowl until well blended. Salt it well. Stuff
the peppers.
Stuff the peppers with the meat. Set aside.
