DOB - 10 July 2005
I was born in the North Shore Hospital
(Takapuna), weighing at 4.150kg (9.2 pounds). My parents were under impression
they were getting a small baby, but I suprised them!!
It was so nice inside the tummy, I really didn't want ot come out, but
midwife (Margaret Dearlove) decided I was ready and so helped my Mummy
(together with Diana Lister) to have me.
Mum said that the whole experience
was great. There was alot of laughter and it was a fun day which started
8:00am and was crowned with my birth at 15:34pm. Mama, Tata and Baka Iva
(grandmother) cried from happiness.
My sister Lara and Dida Srecko (grandfather)
came to see me immediately after the birth. I was all bloody and yet she
insisted to hold me. Isn't that special!?
Dida made the most wonderful long-bun sandwiches ever and Mum had 3 -
wow, she must have been very hungry. I just looked at them and tried to
remeber their happy faces for ever, while they observed me from every
angle.
Mum and I stayed at the hospital
for two nights. During the day we were never alone as Lara and Tata were
always with us. We loved being together. My sister held me and spoke to
me and even sang once - she wanted to give me milk, but Mami insisted.
When Lara tried to give me sweets Mama said that I can only have milk
- is this fair.?
