Panecakes

I often get asked to share this recipe, so here it is ...

Ingredients

2 Eggs, Salt, Flour, Milk, Oil

Beat eggs a little. Add Salt (a little more then a pinch). Add Milk and Flour until bate runs slow, think of volcano lava. Add half a teaspoon of oil (just because my Grandmother did it this way - don't ask reasons, just do it). Spray the pan and heat well. You have to hear the sizzling sound when bate touches the pan, otherwise expect a first flop. Make the panecakes thin.

Serve with either chocolate spread, jam, condense milk, whipped cream, syrup, caramel. Corne even eats it with mince meat. I eat it with yogurt (then again - I eat EVERYTHING with plain yogurt, so don't go by me). Enjoy.
